Terms of Service

By downloading or using TruckLedger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is licensed, not sold, to you by TruckLedger Pro ("Licensor") for use strictly in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for managing your own trucking business operations. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (d) remove any proprietary notices from the App.

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your Apple ID account is charged upon purchase confirmation and at renewal. • To cancel, go to App Store → your profile → Subscriptions → TruckLedger. • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law. • A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The App is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email if provided. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are concluded between you and the Licensor only, and not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Maintenance and Support: The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services. Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Product Claims: The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, the Licensor will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such claim. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
