TruckLedger is a local-first iOS application. All data you enter — trips, expenses, income, maintenance records — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your financial or operational data. This policy describes the limited technical interactions that occur when you use the app and this website.

The TruckLedger app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal or financial data. • All trip records, expense entries, income data, and maintenance logs are stored locally in the app's private container on your iPhone. • No account registration is required. • The app does not connect to any TruckLedger servers during normal operation. • The app does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, your app data may be included in your device backup and stored in your personal iCloud account. This backup is encrypted, controlled entirely by Apple, and subject to Apple's privacy policy. TruckLedger has no access to your iCloud data.

The receipt scanner feature requests access to your iPhone camera solely to capture images of receipts. These images are processed on-device using Apple's Vision framework. No images are uploaded to any server.

The truckledger.pro website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, does not require login, and does not collect personal information. Standard server access logs may be retained for security and diagnostic purposes for up to 30 days.

All payments are handled exclusively by Apple's App Store. TruckLedger does not process payments and does not store any billing information.

TruckLedger is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
